Added to favourites: 7 timesIn this new instalment we present a series of exercises and technical circuits that are appropriate for the youngest age categories in futsal, namely the Under 7s to the Under 10s. However, they can also provide the foundations for our readers to adapt these exercises to more advanced age groups, involving more complex technical components.
In these age groups the educational factor is the most important, more than any other aspect. In this respect, the coach should be just another teacher, but in this case the subject to learn is futsal. This implies having a broad knowledge of the sport in question, and knowing how children learn and how to teach effectively, in effect being a good communicator.
