Added to favourites: 3 timesOne of the most important aspects at the time of working with teams, is to try to transfer to training with the greatest similarity possible, the various situations that may occur during the course of actual games. Through these exercises of 1x1 we will work on aspects such as speed of execution, decision making, individual defence, the progression toward the opposing goal, reaction speed and completion etc.
To continue transferring these aspects to the game and at the same time give them the greatest similarities with situations that may occur in matches, we will modify certain variables such as pitch dimensions, limitation on touches, limitation on time available etc. I hope these exercises can be helpful in your training routines.
