Sample of the first exercise:

Objective: Perfecting the exit technique from goal 1x1 against goalkeeper, frontal grabs and lateral falls to the floor, medium height and high.

Content: 1x1 exist, frontal grabs, falls, back post recovery and agility.

Material: Cone, balls, markers signalling the upper angles of the goal.

Number of goalkeepers: One goalkeeper carrying out the task, the coach and other goalkeepers providing support for the exercise.

Space: Task carried out inside the beacon.

Number of repetitions: Four per side work on right/left.
